This is a new paper from Acumen on social investors investing in enterprises and fund structures which provide both financial and social returns (blended returns). Acumen, alongside The Monitor Group and the Rockefeller Foundation have been punting this new term called ‘impact investing’ for some time. (very clever, if you ask me, in separating from traditional philanthropy)
